Choose your package & approve the design
You select your FurnishIQ.AI package and we develop the scheme. Your design fee is agreed and settled here, separately and up front. Everything below covers only the furnishing spend itself.
Sign off the furnishing estimate
You approve exactly what will be ordered and what it costs, priced transparently at full RRP. Nothing moves until you have signed off the estimate in writing.
Pay once, into independent escrow
You make a single 100% proforma payment to Dospay, an FCA-registered independent escrow provider. Your money is segregated and safeguarded at the Bank of England. It never touches FurnishIQ.AI.
We place your orders
FurnishIQ.AI raises and places the purchase orders with each supplier on your behalf, to the specification you approved. Escrow releases funds to each supplier only once that order is placed and confirmed.
Escrow releases only on confirmation
Dospay releases funds to a supplier only once that order has been placed and confirmed. Unlike a traditional deposit, your money is never spent the day you pay it.
You receive your order confirmations
As each supplier confirms, you receive a clear confirmation of exactly what has been ordered and its lead time. You have full sight of every order from the outset.
Project hands over to you
Once all purchase orders are placed and confirmed, the project hands over to you. Supplier confirmations and lead times are passed directly, and you run your own programme on site with no added logistics or management fees from FurnishIQ.AI.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the funds stay in escrow and are returned to you. Money only ever leaves escrow against a confirmed order, never before.
Held at the Bank of England
Your funds are segregated and safeguarded by Dospay at the Bank of England, never on FurnishIQ.AI’s books.
Nothing released until ordered
Money only moves to a supplier once that order is placed and confirmed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it stays in escrow and is returned to you.

Dospay is FCA-registered for payment services (FRN 833374) and a certified B Corporation, with an account purpose-built for FF&E procurement.
