Pricing
Simple, transparent pricing.
One clear design fee for the thinking. Goods billed at the supplier’s recommended retail price, itemised line by line. Your money held in independent escrow until each order is placed. No surprises anywhere.
How the money works
The design fee
A fixed fee for the design intelligence: scheme, FF&E schedule, budget, moodboards and supplier-ready purchase orders. Never a markup on goods. Invoiced 50% on signing, 50% at design presentation.
The furnishing budget
Every piece billed at the supplier’s RRP, itemised on your estimate before you commit. Our sourcing remuneration is disclosed in our terms, so the model is transparent end to end.
Escrow protection
Goods are paid 100% proforma into independent escrow and released to suppliers only as each order is placed and confirmed. How your money is protected.
